These Terms & Conditions apply to products and services purchased directly from Sarah Berry through her English-language websites, sales pages and online course platforms.
By making a purchase, you agree to these terms, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Products and services may include:
Online mosaic courses and self-study programmes
Downloadable PDFs, templates, guides and digital resources
Live online workshops, group programmes and creative sessions

Each product or service is described on its individual sales page, including its price, contents, delivery method and any applicable access period.
2. Payment
All prices are displayed at the point of purchase, including applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted through the secure payment methods offered at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal where available.
Full payment is generally required before digital products, courses or services can be accessed, unless a payment plan is specifically offered.
If a payment plan is selected, the purchaser agrees to complete the scheduled payments according to the terms shown at checkout.
3. Digital Products and Course Access
Digital products may include downloadable files, video tutorials, online courses, templates and educational resources.
Access is provided through a download link, email or online learning platform, as described at the time of purchase.
Course access periods vary. Some courses provide ongoing access to recorded materials, while others include time-limited live support, group sessions or community access.
The specific access arrangements stated on the sales page at the time of purchase will apply.
I aim to keep course materials available and accessible throughout the promised access period. Occasionally, technical maintenance, platform changes or circumstances outside my control may cause temporary interruptions.
4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Digital downloads and recorded courses
Under applicable French and EU consumer protection law, eligible consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
For digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins, provided the purchaser has expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right and received the legally required confirmation.
Where these requirements have been fulfilled, refunds for change of mind are not available.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file or cannot access a purchased product, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
Live courses, coaching and online sessions
For live programmes, coaching appointments and group sessions, cancellation and refund conditions will be stated on the relevant sales or booking page.
Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in place. Where a service begins during the withdrawal period at your express request, different rules may apply depending on how much of the service has been delivered.
Physical products
Where physical products are purchased directly from my website, applicable consumer withdrawal rights and statutory guarantees will be respected.
Delivery, return arrangements and any applicable exceptions will be explained during the purchasing process.
5. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, written guides, templates, designs, photographs and downloadable resources created by Sarah Berry remain her intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and mosaic projects.
You are welcome to use the techniques you learn to create your own mosaic artwork, including artwork you may wish to sell.
However, without my prior written permission, you may not:
Copy, resell or redistribute my course materials or digital downloads
Share paid course access or login details with others
Reproduce or sell my original templates, patterns or teaching resources as your own products
Record, republish or distribute my teaching videos or live sessions
Use my educational materials to create or sell your own courses or teaching resources
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of its original content.
6. Mosaic Making and Safety
My courses and resources provide practical instruction based on my professional experience as a mosaic artist.
Mosaic making may involve sharp materials, cutting tools, adhesives, cement-based products, grout and other materials requiring careful handling.
You are responsible for following appropriate safety procedures and manufacturers' instructions.
The success and durability of individual projects depend on factors including materials, preparation, technique, installation and environmental conditions.
While I aim to provide accurate and reliable guidance, I cannot guarantee identical results for every student or project.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Live Sessions and Community Participation
Where a programme includes live calls, coaching or access to a private community, participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others.
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants where this has been communicated in advance.
Community access and personal support are available only for the period specified when purchasing the programme.
I reserve the right to moderate discussions or restrict participation in cases of serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour, subject to applicable consumer rights.
8. External Suppliers and Resources
My teaching may include recommendations for tools, materials, products and suppliers.
These recommendations are provided to help students make informed choices. Product availability, specifications and suitability may vary between countries and suppliers.
I am not responsible for products or services purchased independently from third-party suppliers.
9. Changes to Products and Services
I may update course materials, improve lessons or make reasonable changes to products and services.
Any changes will respect the essential features, access arrangements and consumer rights associated with purchases already made.
